Alex M. Chintella has represented businesses and public agencies in commercial and strategic litigation since joining Douglas & Boykin PLLC in 2008. Mr. Chintella’s comprehensive experience in trial, appellate, and administrative litigation includes representation of clients before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the District of Columbia Circuit, the District of Columbia Superior Court, and administrative agencies including the U.S. Small Business Administration, Government Accountability Office, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Chintella also acts as the Firm’s expert on e-discovery issues.
